Password reset is not working

Try these fixes

  1. 1Start a fresh password reset.
  2. 2Use the newest email or SMS message only.
  3. 3Enter the OTP before it expires.
  4. 4Choose a new password that is different from the old one.
  5. 5After reset, return to login and use the new password.
