I cannot redeem Reward Points

Try these fixes

  1. 1Check Reward Points balance and minimum redeemable points.
  2. 2Request an amount within your available balance.
  3. 3Wait for any pending request to be reviewed.
  4. 4Log in as a Joytizen.
  5. 5Do not create duplicate accounts to bypass eligibility.
